Patients who are not able to keep their appointments are asked to provide timely notice of cancellation prior to their appointment time. Please call if you are unable to keep your appointment. 501-448-2510
Unfortunately, our "no-show" rate for appointments has significantly increased. This has created multiple challenges; but most importantly, it is compromising our ability to provide care to patients needing same-day appointments. We want to continue to be able to provide this service.
Therefore, effective July 6, 2015, Humbard Family Clinic will institute a formal policy regarding appointment “no-shows”. A “no-show” is defined as a scheduled appointment that a patient does not keep without appropriate notice, and a $25 fee will be charged to the patient’s account per occurrence.
Patients who fail to pay the fees for missed appointments will not be allowed to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.
